The Tripfuser Pty Ltd (trading as Designer Journeys
) ‘Risk-free 21-day cancellation offer’ (RFC Offer
) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. In these terms and conditions, the following meanings apply:
Offer and Offer Period
Booking means the Customer agreeing to purchase a trip, as set out in the trip plan provided by the Local Supplier through the Designer Journeys platform which details all elements described in setting out the total price for the trip, the deposit amount and all subsequent payments.
Customer means a person or persons who Book a trip with a Local Supplier using the Designer Journeys platform.
Local Supplier means the provider of the trip, being Booked by a Customer, using the Designer Journeys platform.
Qualifying Trips means those trips identified as meeting the Qualification Criteria set out in Clause 4, below.
RFC Offer means the offer of free cancellation and full refund of costs of a Booked trip, where cancelled 21 days or more before the departure date contained in the Booking Documentation.
RFC Offer Period means the period commencing on 1 March, 2021 and continuing until 30 September, 2021 (unless otherwise extended by Designer Journeys).
Designer Journeys means Tripfuser Pty Ltd (trading as Designer Journeys).
2. The RFC Offer shall be available to Customers Booking a Qualifying Trip during the RFC Offer Period.
3. Trips that meet the following criteria shall be Qualifying Trips:
a. Trips described in trip plans that are contained in the Designer Journeys trip gallery labelled ‘Free Cancellation Trips’ located on it’s website (www.designerjourneys.com
b. Trips, as exactly described in the trip plan including each and every element without change, save as to price; and
c. Trips, where a change has been requested by a potential Customer and accepted and confirmed in writing to the Customer by the Local Supplier as being able to be included in the RCF Offer.
4. For the RFC Offer to come into effect in relation to a Booking the following must have occurred:

a. the Customer must make a Booking using the Designer Journeys platform and accept the Designer Journeys terms and conditions - www.designerjourneys.com/terms-of-use
b. All amounts to be paid for the Trip must be paid on time, which include any deposit and other progressive payments, failure to pay these amounts on the date specified when making a Booking will result in the RFC Offer ceasing to apply.
5. The following shall apply in relation a Customer seeking to claim against the RFC Offer:
a. To cancel a Booking and utilise the RFC Offer, the Customer must notify Designer Journeys in writing no less than 21 days before their departure date in respect of the applicable Booking;

b. Upon receipt of the notice to cancel the Booking, Designer Journeys shall acknowledge that the RFC Offer has been validly received within the RFC Offer period and RFC Offer is valid; and
c. Designer Journeys with them provide a timeframe for the Customer to receive a full refund of the Booking amount which shall be soon as reasonably practicable but no less than 12 weeks from the cancellation date.
6. The following are specifically limited and excluded from being able to be claimed under the RFC Offer:
a. All and any third-party costs, expenses or other amounts resulting from the cancellation of the Booking;
b. Any amount over and above the amount specified in the Booking documentation (less any unpaid amount that is yet to be paid in respect of a Booking); and
c. Any special, consequential, indirect or other costs, expense or other amounts incurred in relation to the cancellation of the Booking.
